Registration Fee

All participants have to pay the registration fees as indicated on the table below.

  • Registration fees are only an online or an in person presentation fee.
  • Participants may appear as co-author up to two different works and participants will be charged half of the full fee for each additional presentation.
  • Presentations with multiple authors will only receive a certificate of attendance that includes the title of the abstract to the authors presenting.
  • The deadline to pay the registration fee is April 15, 2023.
  • Fees will be 50% more for late applications to be made between 12-25 April, 2023. The payment deadline for late application is April 28, 2023.

Refund Registration Fee and Cancellation Policy:

  1. You can pay the conference fee online immediately to the account numbers listed above. Presentation fees take place in two different groups students and academic participants. The fee for students is 800 TL for national participants and 60 Euro / 60 USD for international participants. The fee for academic participants is 1000 TL for national participants and 70 Euro / 70 Dollars for international participants.
  2. For presentations that are not presented, even if payment has been made, at the end of the conference, no certificate will be given and the abstract of the presentation will not be included in the abstract book.
  3. In case of cancellation, the application must be made in writing to  There will be no refund for persons who do not cancel before 11 April or do not attend the conference.
  4. For registration cancellations made prior to 11 April, the full payment will be refunded within 3 days after the registration, in other cases, half of the payment will be refunded. No registration cancellation will be made after 11 April.
  5. If you can not attend the meeting, a substitute delegate may be appointed at no additional cost. However, the original participant should write a letter to the Organizing Committee with the cancellation letter before May 1, 2023. This information should include the name of the reserve delegate.
